Customer Data. Customer will give Company all rights, title, and interest in members/clients/users Data, as well as any data that is based on or derived from Customer’s members/clients/users Data and provided to Customer as part of Pilot. However, Customer hereby grants to Company a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license to use such data in aggregated or de-identified form to provide and improve Software as well as provide revenue share to Customer and its members/clients/users.

  1. Software, all improvements, enhancements or modifications thereto;

  2. any software, applications, inventions or other technology developed in connection with Pilot; and

  3. all intellectual property rights related to any of the foregoing.

De-Identified Information

We may de-identify and aggregate information collected through the Services from our subscribers so that such information can no longer be linked to you or your device.
